Aberdeen’s transaction services – expert in property markets

Our transaction team acts as advisor to both our domestic and international clients in their property acquisitions and disposals. Our services include all areas of property transactions; analyses, value appraisements, yield evaluations, condition assessments etc. To avoid conflict of interests, we do not provide brokerage services. We are continually looking for interesting properties to invest in from the markets. Since 2006, our transaction volume has been about €1.5 billion in total.

Sales

We actively sell our clients’ properties according to their exit strategies. We have a diversified range of properties throughout Finland, covering all property types and size and act for investors as well as for companies’ own use.

Acquisitions

We acquire retail, office and logistic properties mainly from cities with over 25,000 inhabitants, utilising the expertise of Aberdeen’s local organisations. We prioritise properties with solvent tenants and fixed term leasing contracts. We carry out value appraisements according the cash flow, technical analyses and other possible revisions for a property required by a client.
